What information about clients do I store?

Information given to me by you - I keep some information you enter, such as name, email address, etc. but I do NOT keep your credit card or PayPal information, in fact, I don't even see it. It's passed in an encrypted manner to PayPal, and I do not access that information as it's passed to the credit card processor.

"Cookies" on your computer - I do not employ the use of cookies on this web site.

Who has access to your information?
No one but myself and my technology assistants have access to your email address. I do not sell my mailing list (or any information on it) to any other business. I may choose to mail you advertising or information on my products or the products or services of other companies, but I will never allow them access to your information or your name or address.

How secure is the information on the Web site?
Your credit card is never listed on my site. All my credit card processing is handled by PayPal, a world international company authorized by all the major credit card companies to handle confirmation and charging of credit card numbers.

What information can I access?
You can access your email subscription information, and your willingness to be on my private e-mail mailing list.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If you change your email address or if you no longer desire my service, I will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to me.

Log Files
I use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are never linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, my server automatically logs standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. While information like this may be shared with third-parties in aggregate form, individually identifiable information related to this data will never be shared with third-parties without your explicit permission.

I use an email form located on the Contact Us page and other informational pages, to allow you to contact me directly with any questions or comments you may have.

I read every message sent in, and reply to all questions asked within 1 business day. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. I may (and often have) filed your comments to improve the site and my services, or to correct mistakes you have pointed out to me. Your personal information is not shared outside my company under any circumstances, unless I first ask and you give me specific permission.
